How is 1.75 Cr reported by a party in the media?

Share

An opposition party in Andhra Pradesh has spent a sum of Rs 1.75 Cr to be distributed as a Diwali gift to some top journalists in the district, state and national media. A few selected key journalists received huge quantities along with an expensive dried fruit and a sweet packet.

Sources say some top newscasters received Rs 5 lakh each on the top channels. The national media journalists received Rs 2.5 lakh and the rest of the state and county journalists received 50,000 rupees.

Many journalists received amounts between Rs 50,000 and Rs 5 lakh as Diwali gifts from the opposition party.

On the other hand, the ruling party has also allocated a certain amount to provide many of the upper, middle and ordinary journalists in the media with some gifts like tabs and dried fruits.

When the opposition party, known for media management, spent Rs 1.75 Cr, the ruling party limited everything to a small tab and a sweet package. In addition, not all of them received the tab. A cross-check must be performed when the end user has received.

Personal relationships with journalists in national and state media are of vital importance to the ruling party. That dominates the opposition party and the ruling party must learn from it. Journalists’ personal feelings play a crucial role in composing a message.

Yesterday there was a great shouting among the leaders of the ruling party that the national media was boiling negative stories about the government. In fact, there will be no hatred for the national journalists against the government. This happens because they get carried away with the information of a party that spoils them more.

It doesn’t mean that all national media journalists continue to write positively when they are pampered. At least when writing the negative story, you will be careful with your choice of words. If they don’t have a personal connection, they don’t mind using harsh expressions that can ultimately affect the party’s image.

The opposition party’s media management is already having an impact on the ruling party. At least now it is time for the ruling party to open their eyes and improve. Otherwise, the party could get into serious trouble. Politics is a game that should be played the way it should be in order to keep power for an extended period of time.
