New laws are now in effect in Florida. The state minimum wage will also be raised from $ 8.65 to $ 10 an hour. Exceptions are if no texts are sent en masse by people who are not paid or if people have opted for the notifications.From January 1, 2022, all vehicles used by childcare facilities for the transport of children must have an alarm system that instructs the driver to look for children before leaving the vehicle. This is designed to reduce the number of infant deaths left in vehicles during the hot weather months. SB 80 – “Child Aid” This draft law changes and creates new sections of the law in connection with the child welfare system. SB 676 – “Special and special license plates” The draft law stipulates that the DMV needs new special license plates to meet the pre-sale level before they can sell them. Existing specialty plates for independent universities that use the standard templates will be discontinued.
