Anti-Israel social media users appeared to criticize Eilish for recognizing Israel as a country. Others took the opportunity to criticize Israeli policy towards the Palestinians.
Happier Than Ever, the 19-year-old’s acclaimed second album, is one of the most anticipated musical releases of the year.
